About New York Vintage

Founded in 1999 by Shannon Hoey and Jon Schneck, New York Vintage hosts a museum-caliber collection of designer vintage that attracts the continued patronage of the fashion and entertainment industries.

The rental-only showroom is available by appointment to stylists, editors, creative directors and designers, for projects that range from music videos to ad campaigns, runway collections and red carpet events. With an archive that spans more than 10 decades of fashion, such iconic names as Chanel, Balenciaga, Christian Dior, Schiaparelli, and Halston are housed within the New York Vintage walls.

New York Vintage’s carefully curated collection has been worn by First Lady Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna, among many others, and has graced the pages of such influential publications as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Interview and Vanity Fair.

New York Vintage strives to maintain a wide-ranging and ever expanding inventory, a mission that now extends to its newest, invite-only digital showroom, the New York Vintage Archive.

Available only to fashion, styling and design professionals, the New York Vintage Archive is a digital fashion tool that delivers access to its unparalleled vintage collection.

Peruse the digital archives from anywhere in the world. Create your own styling boards. Select a bold, embellished Versace gown or a sculptural Thierry Mugler suit. Save your inspiration. Rent and ship your favorite pieces – and much more.
